Try before you pay

Vichara QDA offers a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required. Please use it to decide whether the tool suits your research before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current subscription period, and nothing further is charged.

Your projects are not deleted when a subscription ends. They are stored in your own browser, and coding, the codebook, themes and the analyses continue to work.

Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Email info@vicharaqda.in from your registered email address, with your order ID and what went wrong.

• We respond within 2 working days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to display the credit. That part is outside our control.

Please write to us before raising a chargeback — it is almost always faster to resolve directly.
